Add a sauce covered tortilla to a plate, top with refried beans, ground beef, lettuce, cheese and pico de gallo. Then simply soften a tortilla in the pan with enchilada sauce. Next, heat a can of enchilada sauce in a pan. Heat your can of refried beans either on the stovetop or in the microwave. These tacos are delicious and easy! First brown a pound of ground beef with your preferred seasoning (I like using seasoned salt, garlic salt and fresh ground pepper).
