![]() Instead, we enter alien territory that Vivid hasn't explored before, but at the same time, this is territory very familiar to the Nanoha-Franchise. Gone are the optimistic projections of humanity and the camaraderie of good sportsmanship that dominante VIvid. With this episode, Vivid Strike immediately distinguishes itself decisively and sharply from it's direct predecessor, Vivid. On the other hand, from the story-telling perspective, I think this episode is perfect, especially if the show is going where I think it's possibly going. So, it's quite a shame that interest in Vivid Strike seems to have fallen off drastically, to the point that Vivid Strike can't even maintain a first page status on R/Anime for 24 hours. If this was in the very first episode, I suspect viewer interest in Vivid Strike would have exploded and the English anime fanbase would have been set on fire. I’ll probably come up with some kind of final thoughts review for the series next week. Since the series hasn’t been all that interesting on the whole, I guess it is not surprising that the aftermath episode here is so tedious and boring.
